  8. Library Monitor v1.25 is a small (7K) Shell utility that can perform
  9. the following functions:
  10.  
  11.     * Load libraries into memory.
  12.     * Load all libraries in the LIBS: assignment into memory.
  13.     * List any libraries currently in memory.
  14.     * List all libraries in memory.
  15.     * Flush any or all removable libraries from memory.
  16.  
  17. LibMon was previously known as Library Manager (v1.00, v1.10), but I 
  18. changed the name top avoid confusion with a program already on Aminet
  19. (in util/libs) called LibMan.  
  20.  
  21. LibMon has been re-written in C, and full source is included.
  22.  
  23. New features of LibMon include:
  24.  
  25.     * More than one library can be specified on the command line.
  26.     * A New LIST field: Open Count.
  27.
